Refund Policy

When you should/can ask for a refund

We will refund any goods based if returned within 30 days of delivery date. To do this simply contact us at Info@strongergerdaily.co.uk to process. Any goods that are damaged we will also replace for free/refund if delivered within the last 30 days, to do this you can also email the address above.

Faulty/damaged items

For any items that are damaged and over the 30day period we can replace for free up until 180 days of original delivery date, accidental damage caused by the user will NOT be eligible for a refund. 

Goods damaged in transit

For goods that have been damaged in transit we will replace up to 180 days of original delivery date, if the item has been damaged and returned within 30days of original delivery date we can offer a refund instead of a replacement.
